The technology behind MyNRG
Automatically organizes measurements into 4 domains (Metabolism, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Intensity, Anthropometrics). Calculates evolving trends and allows immediate temporal comparisons of metrics such as VO₂ Max, respiratory quotient, and intensity thresholds.
MyNRG mobile app
Acts as a digital diary for athletic performance: integration with Apple Health/Google Fit, CSV export for advanced analysis, visual gauges for REE, and pie charts for energy substrates make complex concepts understandable.

The analysis of the problem in the professional fitness and sports medicine sector revealed three critical aspects hindering the effective use of advanced metabolic data.
01 Technical Challenge
Normalization and interpretation of heterogeneous data
The main challenge was managing over 20 types of COSMED measurements with different units and normal ranges. The architecture includes robust QR code parsing and automatic handling of mutually exclusive parameters. We developed intelligent caching with data decimation for smooth graphs and immediate trend calculation based on the latest measurements.
02 Usability Challenge
Making complex scientific data accessible
We designed progressive level visualizations: home with aggregated values and immediate gauges, details with interpretive guides and interactive graphs. Semantic colors (green/yellow/red) guide interpretation without prior knowledge. The "favorites" system allows customization of the Trend view for focus on relevant parameters.
03 Business Challenge
Create immediate value in a fragmented ecosystem
QR code as the only input eliminates the complexity of pairing or configuration, ensuring a "scan and go" experience. No account required in phase 1 reduces barriers to adoption.
